MODI AS A CM AND PM

DIRTY POLITICS : Congress Reveals An Old Footage Of Modi Saying, “GST Can Never Be Successful”

This right here is a proof that anything and everything can happen when it comes to Politics. Since the day GST was proposed, there has been a constant rise in the opposition from the Congress Party. Such that, the party even decided to step down the special midnight GST launch at the Parliament.

The GST bill was all set to be launched and just then, the Congress launched something severe that has left the entire world having second thoughts for the government.

The party shared a couple of undated videos that featured PM Narendra Modi on Twitter. In which, Modi is seen giving statements against the GST, such as, “GST can never be successful” and that it is “impossible” for it to be implemented in the absence of required infrastructure.

The first video that’s doing rounds on the internet shows Modi saying,

“On the question of GST, it is the BJP’s view and the Gujarat Government’s view, from the very beginning, that GST can never be successful”

The video has been shared with caption, “This is what Modi ji & the BJP really think of GST #GSTTamasha”

In the second video that was shared by the Congress Party, the caption said, “Modi ji how quickly you forget your own words. Why are you rolling out GST without developing the proper infrastructure?”

Here, our beloved PM can be seen saying “GST can never be implemented until a country-wide IT infrastructure network of taxpayers is created… (It’s) impossible…because GST is designed in such a way. Impossible.”

Ajay Maken, a congress leader, told the journalists in Delhi,

“GST in its present format will not only ruin small and mid-size businessmen, it will also create large-scale unemployment.”

Well, the level of Politics in our country is beyond anyone’s reach. After all being said, what’s your take on this?
